The Alabama Homebuilding Academy Network (AHAN) is a statewide alliance of residential construction training programs. We offer free,
hands-on training to individuals interested in a career in construction.
With each Academy serving its own community, we focus on preparing students for meaningful work and upward mobility by connecting them with in-demand careers and industry partners locally.
By bringing together a statewide network of Academies with different cultures and perspectives, we hope to fuel economic growth and bridge
the skilled labor gap in the residential construction industry.
